  李宝力 博士,副研究员,博士生导师,药学院副院长和工会副主席。其所在团队构建了具有独特研究风格的,含1400 种已上市化学药物的实体库和含1370种药用植物的提取物库,通过多学科交叉合作,针对衰老及相关疾病、耐药致病菌感染等临床急需领域,初步建立了“老药二次开发”体系:发现新用途老药先导、确证作用机制或靶标(晶体结构)、开展老药二次优化改造与研发。近5年来,在Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、European Jour nal of Medicinal Chemistry等期刊发表SCI论文18篇;已申请发明专利14项(含PCT专利1项),其中已授权国际专利3项和中国专利3项;主持国自然青年基金1项、国自然地区基金1项、海南省自然青年基金1项、海南大学高层次人才启动经费1项、海南大学协同创新经费1项,参与国自然重点项目1项(子课题负责人,分配经费115万)、国自然面上基金1项、美国Bank head-Coley基金1项(450万);参编《药学英语》教材(副主编)。设计合成的候选新药JX08-2,以1.4亿元转让给丽珠医药集团股份公司
