  主要围绕抗肿瘤和抗炎等疾病相关模型开展药物发现、药物设计、靶向蛋白降解、蛋白——蛋白相互作用、诊疗一体化等方向研究,以第一作者或共同第一作者在Chemical Engineering Journal, Medicinal Research Reviews, British Journal of Pharmacology, Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Chinese Chemical Letters, Bioorganic Chemistry等高水平期刊发表多篇SCI论文。
